What I do

I work with founders, executives, and leadership teams who are building what hasn’t been built before, or who are ready to do things differently.
 

My role is part strategy facilitator, part operating partner, part thinking ally.  I help leaders align their organisations and themselves for what comes next.

Why I do this work

I started Bold Transformations out of a quiet rebellion.

 

Against leadership models that prize performance over presence.
Against strategies that live in slides, not in conversations or calendars.
Against the kind of coaching that’s long on reflection but short on change.

 

What I wanted, and what I now help others build, is a way of working that brings strategy and self into alignment.

Where doing and becoming are not separate acts.
Where purpose isn’t a poster, but a practice.

Where dreams can become reality.

Who I’ve worked with

I began in aerospace—fascinated by complex systems and how they break.  Since then, I’ve worked across startups, scale-ups, and transformation initiatives in Australia, Europe, and the US.

 

I’ve been a business owner, CTO, COO, and strategic advisor.  I’ve built operating rhythms for Scale-ups and Film production studios.  Aligned boards and executives.  Designed strategy reviews.  And coached leaders at pivotal moments, when the stakes were rising or the path was uncertain.

How I work

The work usually starts in one of two ways:

I help shape strategy, align operating models, and embed systems that turn insight into action.  Often this takes the form of facilitation, rhythm design, or acting as a fractional COO or CSO.

Evolution Partner

For leaders navigating personal or professional change.
I coach high-integrity humans through inflection points - career transitions, identity shifts, role evolution, founder fatigue, or just the slow burn of “what’s next?”

I live in Sydney, Australia with my family.  I like sci-fi. I draw, sketch, think in diagrams.  I enjoy the challenges of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.  I’m happiest when helping people connect the dots and trust their next move.
