I’ve been the strategist, the operator, and the fixer inside high-pressure environments, from aerospace engineering to digital marketplaces, from global industrial to venture-backed scale-ups. My work has always been about cutting through noise and creating the shifts that hold.

The work is about cutting through noise, stopping execution waste, and helping founders and leadership teams build companies that matter. Based in Australia, working with clients worldwide.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Most companies don’t fail from lack of ambition. They fail when drag, imbalance, and misalignment choke momentum.

I’ve lived that drag. I’ve seen leaders pulled into late nights, drowning in decisions, losing the spark that once drove them. I’ve seen investors watch runway vanish, not because the idea was wrong but because execution crumbled under pressure. Execution waste eats 20–40% of runway. I help stop that bleed.

I do this work so founders and leadership teams don’t have to break with their companies. So strategy becomes real, execution flows, and leadership scales without burning out.
This isn’t about more slides or another course. It’s about transformation that sticks and building companies that matter.
HOW I WORK
My practice weaves three dimensions into one flow:
Strategy, Execution, and Evolution.
Each can stand alone, but together they create the system that turns scale-up drag into acceleration, and ultimately make myself redundant on the ground.

Strategy is about the big picture and selecting the fine details that matter to allow us together to create a map of your reality and chart the course to take. I enjoy this work as it combines imagination, sensing the patterns, observing reality, rigor, analysis, creativity, aspirations, emotions, and people. Like designing an aircraft, this is a beautiful orchestration and synthesis of multiple disciplines coming together to form an elegant whole

Execution is about creation and manifestation. Getting your hands dirty and making dreams happen. It's building the plane and conducting the systems and capabilities to align with rhythm coherence. To empower the business and the people to create meaningful and fulfilling work and outcomes. To get the symbiotic machine humming in a smooth and satisfying way.

Evolution is about the business and human side of leadership. Both in business and in life, as both are intrinsically linked. Business requires different skills at different times of the trajectory of a company. Yet leadership seems to be this mythical capability only some seem to possess. I know it can be acquired, but it requires work. And best, guided work.

Having lived the life of a founder and business owner in multiple industries, I know too well the challenges and loneliness that leadership and work can bring. To have a trusted partner that one can all and ask for feedback from, to bounce ideas of, to ask the 'dumb' questions to and be challenged by is not just gold, it is vital if one wants to develop the skills to be a great leader and be successful. That is what I aim for, to be that partner. Most leadership skills that are looked for or desired at different stages of a business's growth are not taught in any traditional form, and even those that are, like negotiating or coaching, only develop with focused practice. This is where I focus, on the so called 'soft skills' that we are not taught in any formal way, but can be acquired, and sometimes uncovered. I go beyond the 'business' skills and bring in personal development, holistic, and somatic work to allow my clients to discover and develop the skills that allow them to be successful for what is next on their journey.
